I wanted to share with you my reason for choosing "About Living Well" as my title.
Everyone needs to be Living Well. In order for us to live well, we need to know about what it takes to Live Well. We need to know the "what's, when's, where's, why's and how's that it takes to make that happen.
Everything about us is "About Living Well".
Whether we take a trip around the world, or whether we buy something to eat, whether we go to the doctor, or whether we go to sleep.
